2.Quality Management System. Linea Blu complies with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 standard.

3.Booking. Request for the Chauffeur Service should be made to the operations office by telephone, fax, e-mail or directly on-line. They are the confirmed by e-mail, indicating the booking number and the all the booking request details. All the data are visible on-line at our site www.lineablu.it

For all on-line operations, it is necessary register with a “userID” and “password” to access the Client Area fron the home page. In this reserved area it is possible to check the progress of the request and modify them, see the details of the vehicle, the assigned driver and the final cost. It is also possible to download CSV format data for statistics.

Meet & Greet. The meeting with the Client can be personalised by adding your company logo to the sign board. At railway stations, it is possible to request a platform meeting, while at  airport our staff will wait at the arrivals gate.

4.Modifications and Extras. If route modifications or unforeseen waits are necessary, the Client will be informed immediately in order to obtain authorisation. If these modifications involve changes to the already agreed cost, a new quotation will be issued including the extra costs.

5.Early or Late Arrivals. Any change to the date or time of services already booked must be re-confirmed by Linea Blu.

6.Cancellations. Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the service:

-Short transfer service, e.g. to/from Airport, no charge;

-Availability for half a day, a full day or several days: 25% charge.

Booking cancelled within the 24 hours before the start of the service:

-Short transfer service, e.g. to/from Airport: full charge;

-Availability for half a day: 50% charge;

-Availability for a full day or several days: one-day charge (max 8 Hours).

Chauffeur Service begins from the time the vehicle leaves the garage.

7.Payment Terms. If no contracts or agreements exist, a 25% deposit applies for booking for Business (all) and Executive vehicles (for at least 8 hours); the balance must be paid by the start of the service.

8.Service Invoicing. Various types of invoicing are available: a) Invoicing of a single service or several services based on an order and/or requesting person or department; b) Invoicing according to the type of service provided (transfer, tours, etc.); c) Invoicing for a certain time period (wekly or monthly).

9.Payment of Invoices. Linea Blu accepts all main credit and debit cards if requested in advance by the client.

10.Contracts. The guarantees indicated contracts and agreements for services provided on a regular and personalised basis, the deposit payment terms indicated at point 7 do not apply. Payment terms for invoices for services provided will be agreed with the client.

10.Privacy. Alla data provided and necessary for the provision of services will be handled in accordance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (privacy regulations). The holder of the data will be Linea Blu Soc. Coop. at the registered offices at Via Ferrarese 37, 40013 – Castel Maggiore (BO-IT).
